Counselling

in Fife and Midlothian

Feeling stuck in a key relationship?

For I am about to do something new. See, I have already begun! Do you not see it? I will make a pathway through the wilderness. I will create rivers in the dry wasteland.
Isaiah 43,19 (NLT)

We support individuals and couples to transform their closest relationships.

Want to see a shift in your life?

Maybe you…

  • …feel distant from your partner and exhausted from constant conflict?
  • struggle with confidence, knowing in your head that God loves you but still feeling uncertain.
  • want to say no without guilt or feel like your faith causes tension with others.
  • …feel overwhelmed as a parent, praying for wisdom but still feel lost.
  • …are wondering if what you’re experiencing is abusive — maybe Scripture has even been uses to control you?
  • can’t stop thinking about your ex, struggling to heal, and asking where God is in your pain?

Hoping to make changes as a couple?

Are you…

  • tired of going round in circles without really hearing each other?
  • feeling like roommates or a tag team but not like lovers anymore?
  • …struggling to get over an affair?

Do you…

  • …share the same faith but struggle to see what that looks like in your life together?
  • …have great moments, but find the hard ones overwhelming?
  • …love your relationship but know God is calling you to something deeper?
  • Want to lay a solid foundation early in your relationship?

WONDERING IF THINGS CAN CHANGE?

Yes they can! We’ve seen it many times.

Meet the Tanzer Team

Roman manages the operational side of our practice and ensures everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. When you first get in touch he is probably the one who will respond to you.

Having personally experienced the benefits of counselling, Roman has seen transformation in his own relationships by applying the principles we now share with our clients. His own journey has deepened his understanding of how faith and growth intertwine, and he is committed to supporting others as they embark on their own paths of change.

Roman holds a certificate in Counselling and is currently waiting to begin a diploma course. He looks forward to joining Bella in the therapeutic work in the near future.

He also holds a BSc. in Media Informatics and an advanced diploma in Applied Theology, combining a technical mind with a heart dedicated to spiritual growth and understanding.

The Road goes ever on and on. Down from the door where it began. Now far ahead the Road has gone, And I must follow, if I can, Pursuing it with weary feet, Until it joins some larger way, Where many paths and errands meet. And whither then? I cannot say.

Bella leads the therapeutic work at Flow.

She is passionate about walking with people as they pursue transformation, helping them find deeper connections with others and with themselves, all while grounding their journey in the Christian faith.

Bella holds a diploma in integrative counselling and is an accredited member of ACC in the UK. She also holds a Master’s degree in Teaching and a Certificate in Biblical Studies and is committed to lifelong learning and growth.

Having seen change and restoration in her own life, Bella is dedicated to creating a safe space for clients to move from stuckness to flow, and from distance to connection—at their own pace and in their unique way.

With a deep understanding of the power of faith, Bella brings a Christ-centered approach to her work, supporting individuals and couples as they navigate challenges and seek meaningful transformation.

She is privileged to have been part of transformative journeys over the years, both with individuals and couples.

You can’t go back and change the beginning but you can start where you are and change the ending.
