Feeling stuck in your relationship?
We are here to help you navigate challenges with the person who matters most.
Let’s uncover together what’s holding you back and how you can move forward with clarity and hope.
Shift from feeling trapped and distant to feeling free and connected.
We support individuals and couples to transform their romantic relationships.
- “I feel distant and disconnected from my spouse.”
- “My partner doesn’t listen to a thing that comes out of my mouth!”
- “My partner has recently been unfaithful towards me and I just can’t seem to move past it!”
- “I was not aware that my spouse was in anyway unsatisfied.”
- “I feel like I’m at a breaking point and I can’t see any way to get out. I sometimes wonder if I am experiencing abuse. ”
- “We are going round and round over the same old ground.”
- “There are too many ‘no-go areas’ in our relationship.”
- “We feel like room-mates these days and not like lovers.”
- “We need new strategies to talk to each other in a way where we both feel secure and understood.”
- “We have good days together, but the bad days are very bad.”
- “We enjoy life together on the whole, but think things could be better in some areas.”
WONDERING IF THINGS CAN CHANGE?
Yes they can! We’ve seen it many times.

Sessions and Pricing
- If both of you want to work on your relationship we strongly encourage you to do couples work rather than individual work. Research done by the Gottman Institute has shown that a shift is more likely to happen when both partners engage with the process. Having said that, we regularly see people improve their relationships when their partner is not present. If one person changes position this often has an impact on the relationship.
- We offer in-person session in Kirkcaldy/Fife and Dalkeith near Edinburgh.
- For clients who want more flexibility or live further away we also offer online and hybrid work subject to legal requirements of your country of residence.
- We typically work for a minimum of 3 months and often for a year and longer.
- Clients have the choice between weekly and fortnightly sessions.
For clients experiencing financial hardship we offer a limited amount of concession spaces. If this is you, please let us know in the “Other Comments” section of the Get-Started form and we will be in touch about availability and documents we might need.
