Feeling stuck in your relationship?

We support individuals and couples to transform their romantic relationships.

Want to see a shift in your relationship?

Is this your situation right now?

  • “I feel distant and disconnected from my spouse.”
  • “My partner doesn’t listen to a thing that comes out of my mouth!”
  • “My partner has recently been unfaithful towards me and I just can’t seem to move past it!”
  • “I was not aware that my spouse was in anyway unsatisfied.”
  • “I feel like I’m at a breaking point and I can’t see any way to get out. I sometimes wonder if I am experiencing abuse. ”
  • “We are going round and round over the same old ground.”
  • “There are too many ‘no-go areas’ in our relationship.”
  • “We feel like room-mates these days and not like lovers.”
  • “We need new strategies to talk to each other in a way where we both feel secure and understood.”
  • “We have good days together, but the bad days are very bad.”
  • “We enjoy life together on the whole, but think things could be better in some areas.”

WONDERING IF THINGS CAN CHANGE?

Yes they can! We’ve seen it many times.

Meet the Tanzer Team

Bella leads the therapeutic work at Flow.

She is passionate about walking with people as they pursue transformation to find a deeper connection with their significant other and themselves.

Bella holds a diploma in integrative counselling and is an accredited member of ACC in the UK. She has a M.A. in teaching and continues to cultivate a love for learning and a growth mindset.

Having seen change and restoration in her own life Bella holds space for her clients to move from stuckness towards flow, from distance towards connection – at their own pace and in their own unique way.

She is privileged to have been part of many transformation journeys over the years both with individuals and couples.

Roman manages the operational side of our practice and ensures everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. When you first get in touch he is probably the one who will respond to you.

Roman has seen the benefit of counselling in his own journey and has experienced transformation in his own relationships as he learned to apply the principles that we now share with our clients.

He holds a certificate in Counselling and is currently training as a systemic coach with a focus on family systems.

Roman holds a BSc. in Media Informatics and an advanced diploma in Applied Theology.

Roman & Bella…

…met in a garden in their first home country Austria, became friends, fell in love and got married in 2008. Over the years they have grown together as friends, lovers and parents of 2 – navigating life’s ups and downs while continuing to learn to love each other. They wholeheartedly believe that love grows over time when both partners invest! Bella and Roman moved to the UK in 2017 and now call Scotland their second home.

Your journey with Flow

Create change as a couple

We help you build tools to…

Sessions and Pricing

  • If both of you want to work on your relationship we strongly encourage you to do couples work rather than individual work. Research done by the Gottman Institute has shown that a shift is more likely to happen when both partners engage with the process. Having said that, we regularly see people improve their relationships when their partner is not present. If one person changes position this often has an impact on the relationship.
  • We offer in-person session in Kirkcaldy/Fife and Dalkeith near Edinburgh.
  • For clients who want more flexibility or live further away we also offer online and hybrid work subject to legal requirements of your country of residence.
  • We typically work for a minimum of 3 months and often for a year and longer.
  • Clients have the choice between weekly and fortnightly sessions.

Individuals

£60 for a 50min session.

Couples

£80 for a 60min session.
Deep Dive: £190 for a 2.5 hour sessions.

For clients experiencing financial hardship we offer a limited amount of concession spaces. If this is you, please let us know in the “Other Comments” section of the Get-Started form and we will be in touch about availability and documents we might need.

Our social purpose

At The Flow Collective, we’re committed to making relationship counselling more accessible. That’s why 10% of what our full-paying clients contribute goes directly toward funding sessions for individuals who are experiencing financial hardship.

When you work with us, you’re not just investing in yourself—you’re also helping someone else access the support they need during difficult times. Together, we’re creating meaningful change.

Thank you for being part of this mission.
